Application approval process
Applications will be checked daily with first come, first served during our approval process, meaning that if you are selected by the jury, the As this is a juried show with a focus on variety for our patrons, we have limited spaces for each discipline (typically no more than 3 spaces for each discipline i.e. jewellery, pottery, etc) based on the size of this show. This has the served Creative Spark Winter Market well. Our patron surveys reveal this is the number reason they enjoy the show: quality and variety.

Booth information and requirements

Booth and show information:
1 - Booth fees auditorium: 
$140  for  6' table space,
$175  for corner booth (limited to 6)
1a - Booth fees FOOD VENDOR HALL
$120  for 6' table space

Booth options and information
Booths - table spaces -  are 6' with approximately 1.5' of space in between (enough to freely move in and around your table) and indicated by the orange blocks (see map at bottom of page). Corner spaces are indicated by blue blocks. Corner booths are a total of 6' feet on each side of your corner. Requests for corner booths will be handled on a  first-come-first-served based on acceptance into the show. Request for location will be considered but not a guarantee as we do not put direct competitors beside or across from each other as a best practice for artisan shows. Disciplines are spread out throughout the venue to reduce direct competition of disciplines.
2 - Sales: You can work out any payment method you like however cash and debit/credit are preferred methods of payment by patrons. WIFI is not available at the venue. Please make sure you have access to data on your device to avoid loss of sales.
3 - Set up - 7:30am is when we get access to the venue. You MUST be set up and ready by 9:30am as patrons typically line up early for entry to the show. 
5 - Volunteer support:  
Set up: We will have volunteers to help you get your product and displays in the door and to your booth location quickly to keep the flow of set up running smoothly. It's a lot of activity in a short amount of time and we don't want to create a traffic jam.  
During the show: Need to use the loo? request a volunteer to stand in for you. Need a coffee, tea or water refill, free of charge? Our volunteers are here to get that for your too. Snacks (free) and a Catered lunch option (only $5 !) will also be made available so you don't have to worry about packing a lunch. We will notify juried participants via email for options closer tot the date of the show. And yes, we take dietary restrictions seriously so will have options for all. 
6 - Promotions:  A strong social media presence on several platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter; road signs posted at high-traffic intersections; radio and newspaper events announcements; and Public Relations campaign to print and digital media; home delivery postcard campaign to targeted households and retail shops... we're here to effectively communicate to our target publics on many channels to get them out to the show. Based on recent consumer behaviours, we believe that the show will be well attended as the public is itching to integrate safely back into our new normal, and we're ready for it!
7 - Music
There will be a combination of recorded and live holiday music to create that needed holiday atmosphere for a positive shopping experience. The stage will present live performances of individuals and groups in the community.
8 - Take down - The show ends at 4pm and the venue's request is that we're out by 5pm. In our experience - and for you that are champions of live events - the show is typically down within 45 mins. It's impressive to watch! Volunteers are still on site to help with this process.

VENUE MAP
The gym is organized with twenty-six (26) 6' table spaces and the adjacent room holds an additional seven (7) 6' table spaces. All traffic is directed through the venue by our savvy volunteers and venue signage posted throughout. Equal opportunity for ALL vendors. Pre-recorded and Live music will be streamed throughout both rooms to set the tone for holiday shopping.

​Public Health compliance
The venue reserves the right set the guidelines for the space beyond what the local health unit requires.
